The challenge
Atlas onboarded warehouse crews with hour-long safety videos nobody finished. Completion was unverifiable, mistakes repeated on the floor, and managers had no idea which procedures confused people most.
Our approach
We rebuilt onboarding as scored scenarios: trainees make decisions inside realistic incidents, get instant feedback, and can’t advance without choosing correctly. Every hesitation is logged for managers.

Outcome
